But I have also noticed that there are no pop-ups for the pre-order packs. I have also tryed to put NVSE plugins into actual game folder to no result. Loading via nvseloader.exe did not work, either.

I'm not sure what the problem is bc the folder that I was dropping the mods into was called FalloutNV and in that folder were my save files from the game which makes me think that I just straight up don't have the files bc I can't see why the fallout.exe file would not be in the same folder as every other related file. While I haven't bothered to try and load any plugin files from the steam version (no point to it) I don't have. I recently bought fallout new vegas off steam for some nostalgia since it had been my favorite game when I was younger and it had been years since I last played. When I load the GECK from the desktop, I don't have any issues whether I use my desktop shortcut for '.\common\Fallout New Vegas\nvseloader.exe' -editor or when I simply load the non-NVSE vs straight from steam, it loads just fine.
